2024 was our biggest year of trading. But it definitely wasn’t without its challenges.
In Holland Park, Harwood were a key part in the sale of one of the top 5 most expensive properties in London in 2024. In Academy Gardens, we handled one of the largest resales in Kensington. And in Oxfordshire, we were part of one of the biggest estate deals.
As we look to 2025 and beyond, our plan is to broaden our reach – to continue to service our clients’ needs in London, but also further afield in the Countryside, and internationally.
In Dubai, Harwood have been selected as UK agents for Muraba Veil – a truly groundbreaking new 73 storey building of 131 luxury units. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects RCR – innovatively fusing inventive architecture ideas with the surrounding landscape – the Veil is a vision of future living.

At this time of year we step back and offer our eternal thanks to all of our close friends, clients, partners, collaborators and associates that help us through the good times, and the tough times. And 2024 was full of so many of those moments.
To that end, an extra special note of thanks goes to our friend, supporter and consultant Julian Browne. A friendship forged over a shared love of Armagnac resulted in a quite extraordinary deal this past few months.
We must also pay our immense gratitude to Tom ‘Wiggy’ Chadwick from Bordeaux Index, for not only sourcing a couple of exceptionally rare, vintage bottles of the finest Armagnac, but who selected some very special wines for us over lunch.
To Ollie – the absolute legend that has been working so hard for us each and every month – thank you for everything this year. Everybody speaks so highly of you, and we love having you alongside us. To Susannah – it’s absolutely wonderful having you back in play – the true bedrock of the Harwood team. And to Claire – what an exciting year we all have in store, thanks for joining us on our journey.

And the trust that our clients place in us is a reflection of the deep levels of trust we have with one another. And nobody embodies that more than Susannah.
Susannah was the first to join us on the Harwood journey back in 2021. The breadth of her knowledge, coupled with an incredibly positive outlook to everything To have her back in play after taking time out to have baby Annabelle is a fantastic way to round off the year. And with all of her exciting plans to build out our Country House offering with Claire Clark in the South West of England, we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for them.
This past week we hosted a quite special festive lunch at Kitchen W8 in Kensington, for some of our oldest and dearest friends and supporters.
Harwood would be nothing without the firm relationships that we’ve built for many many years. Those relationships are often formed from unique beginnings. Growing and evolving in the most special ways. They are people that we can turn to for guidance, support and assistance – but who know that we are always on hand to answer the call whenever they need something in return.
