Reflections on 2025

As I reflect on the past year, I’m reminded of the highs and lows that come with being in the property industry. Celebrating five years of success and 21 years in the business, I’ve seen several market cycles, and this year has been particularly challenging for most.

Despite the headwinds, we’ve achieved some remarkable successes for our clients, including the record-breaking sale at Academy Gardens. Being enlisted in the Great British Brands awards earlier this year was also a highlight. On a personal note, I’m proud to have completed a 48km swim around Manhattan in the summer, raising £25,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Looking ahead to next year, we’re excited to welcome a new team member who shares our values and ethos. The announcement will be made in January, and we’re eager to see the impact they’ll bring to our small business.

My recent travels to Asia revealed a positive attitude from wealthy individuals towards the UK property market, seeing it as a good buying opportunity. It’ll be interesting to see how this develops in the first quarter of next year.
