Harwood Advisory has expanded its services and following a move made by Susannah, one of the original team members, and the demand by clients in this enduringly popular market place we are now offering acquisition services in the South West, predominately Somerset and Dorset.

Our approach is completely tailored to your requirements based on your starting point. You may be familiar with the area but simply cannot find that one house that fits the bill or you need guidance on the area and where might best suit your needs.

We will listen to our clients brief and provide advice on location, pricing, schools, transport and more.
We will source properties that might be suitable, utilising our network of contacts and agents for both on and off market properties. This can be a collaborative approach done together or for most of our clients a way of saving time and effort as we will preview everything for them.
We will filter out the properties that will not work and present a shortlist for you to view. Our due diligence extends not only to the property but to the surrounding area.
Once a property is identified we will negotiate on your behalf to secure the property at the right price for you.
We will oversee the entire conveyancing process, advising at the outset on solicitors if required, putting into place your professional team of surveyors and so on if required and moving the sale forward on your behalf.
We will facilitate completion and assist with your move and set up of your new property.

Claire and Susannah were both born and raised in various parts of Somerset and Dorset and met attending school locally. Since starting their own families, they have both returned to the area that they love and know so well to raise their children here.

Their local knowledge and personal insight of the West Country is complimented by 30 years of property experience between them.

Susannah is a Chartered Surveyor and is able to provide a professional eye to a search and look at the technicalities of both the property but also the process, while Claire has an unrivalled knowledge of the properties in the area and the schools and amenities that abound nearby.
